250 gr carrots
250 gr potatoes
250 gr leek
2 onions
bay leaf
1 kohlrabi
1 tablespoon oil
300 gr boiled chic peas
1 bunch parsley
1.5 l soup stock

Ingredients for the dumplings:

50 gr butter
1 Kg Seal of Quality Gouda cheese with
black pepper
80 gr flour


Chop the onions and cut the vegetables in pieces. Fry the onions first than add the vegetables and fry them. Add the soup, the bay leaf, salt and black pepper and boil for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the dumplings. Add butter in 1/8 l of salted water and bring to boil, then add flour and stir well so that it doesn't become lumpy. Put it in another dish; add cheese and eggs one by one stirring all the time. From the prepared dough make the dumplings using the spoon and boil them for about 5-8 minutes. Add well-boiled chickpeas to the soap, and then add the dumplings to the soup and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Advice: Since chic peas are similar to beans it would be better to let them soak in water the night before cooking.
