BAKED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
· 1 kg cauliflower
· 30 gr flour
· 100 gr margarine
· 3-4 dl Seal of Quality milk
· 1 tablespoon seasoning
· nutmeg
· 1 yolk
· parsley
Preparation:
Boil the cauliflower. Melt the margarine in a pan and
add the flour and warm milk. Then add nutmeg and seasoning
and let it cook for a while. When the mixture is cooked
add the parsley and the yolk.
Put the boiled cauliflower in an ovenproof pan. Cover
with sauce and bake it in an oven. It can be served
as a warm meal or with some baked meat.
