CARROTS WITH HAM
Ingredients:
· 1/2 kg carrots
· 200 gr Seal of Quality ham
· 4 eggs
· 1 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
· 50 gr butter or margarine
· salt
Preparation:
Slice the carrots and boil them in salted water. Drain
and mash them. Add butter, chopped ham, sour cream,
egg yolks, and finally, beaten egg whites. Put the mixture
in a greased ovenproof pan covered with flour and bake.
It can be served as a main meal with a salad.
