CARROTS WITH HAM


Ingredients:

1/2 kg carrots
200 gr Seal of Quality ham
4 eggs
1 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
50 gr butter or margarine
salt

Preparation:

Slice the carrots and boil them in salted water. Drain and mash them. Add butter, chopped ham, sour cream, egg yolks, and finally, beaten egg whites. Put the mixture in a greased ovenproof pan covered with flour and bake. It can be served as a main meal with a salad.
