1 big chicken
salt, black pepper
4 tablespoons oil
4 pieces Seal of Quality ham
4 pieces Seal of Quality Gouda cheese (or other Seal of Quality cheese)
1/8 Seal of Quality sour cream
1 teaspoon mustard
2 eggs


Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into pieces. Salt and pepper on each piece. Mix the eggs and roll the pieces of chicken in the mixture, and then fry them. Place the fried pieces in a greased, ovenproof pan and cover with pieces of ham and Gouda cheese. Mix sour cream and mustard and pour it over the chicken. Bake it in the oven on a medium temperature for about 15 minutes.
