CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

250 gr rice
350 gr chicken
150 gr onions
1 dl oil
100 gr green peppers
150 gr tomatoes
1 teaspoon seasoning
3 gr red pepper
Salt
200 gr potatoes, cut in long pieces
2 l Seal of Quality set yogurt

Preparation:

Chop the onion, then fry it. Add the chicken, green peppers and potatoes cut in long pieces, and fry all that quickly. Add the rice, red pepper, and salt. Pour in some water and let it boil. Place the cut tomatoes on top and bake it in the oven for about half an hour on 200 degrees.
When it is baked, take it out and put some set yogurt over it and put it back in the oven for few more minutes.
