CHICKEN POT

Ingredients:

1 chicken
1 onion
500 gr mushrooms
200-300 gr Seal of Quality cheese
1 package Seal of Quality sour cream
3 eggs
rice
seasoning
salt, black pepper, red pepper

Preparation:

Boil the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Fry the onion than add 1 plate of cut mushrooms. When this is ready add rice, seasoning, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Fry this mixture and than pour in some liquid from the (boiled) chicken. Put it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes. Take it out, add the meat and bake it for another 10 minutes. Take it out again and add 200-300 gr of grated cheese and bake it for another 10 minutes. Finally mix sour cream and 3 eggs and pour over the baked dish. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
