ELBASAN CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1 chicken (about 1,500 gr)
100 gr butter
5 eggs
2 packages Seal of Quality sour cream
100 gr Seal of Quality cheese (or 20 gr "Parmesan")
salt, seasoning and oil

Preparation:

Salt the chicken, grease it with some butter and bake it in a covered pan until it becomes brown. Separate the meat from the bones, dice the meat and the skin and put it all back into the pan. Mix five eggs using a mixer and add sour cream and seasoning. All this should be mixed with the meat and then covered with Parmesan or grated cheese.
Put it in a preheated oven and bake it. Serve it hot with your own garnish.
