ESTERASE CUTLETS
Ingredients:
· 3-4 stakes
· lard, salt, black pepper
· 2 bunches soup vegetables
· 2 onions
· 1 tablespoon flour
· 1/4 soup stock
· half a lemon juice
· some red wine
· 1/8l Seal of Quality sour cream
Preparation:
Season the meat with salt and black pepper and bake
it in the oven until it gets brown. During baking occasionally
pour some lard over the meat. Cut the vegetables and
the onions into pieces and fry them together in lard.
Add some flour, stir, add the soup and let it boil until
it thickens. Strain it, add the lemon juice, some wine,
sour cream, salt and black pepper. Put it in a serving
dish. Put the meat over the sauce.
