GREEN MOUSSAKA (GARDEN CABBAGE)
Ingredients:
· 3 bunches of greens
· 250 gr mince
· an onion
· 3 eggs
· 1 glass Seal of Quality milk
· 1 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
· oil
· seasoning
· salt, black pepper
Preparation:
Rinse the greens, cut away the stems and hard parts
and pour over boiled water. Strain them. Fry the onion
and the mince, add salt, black pepper and facial. In
a fireproof pan, place one layer of greens then a layer
of meat and so on. Put the mixed eggs and the sour cream
on top and bake it in the oven. Serve it with set yogurt.
