HOT HEDGEHOG
Ingredients:
· 500 gr mince
· 3 eggs
· 3 pieces stale white bread
· 1 onion
· 5 tablespoons boiled carrots (cut)
· 5 tablespoons boiled peas
· 1 cut hot pepper
· 200 gr cut Seal of Quality cheese
· 1 teaspoon salt
· seasoning, oil
Preparation:
Mix the meat, eggs, previously soaked bread (in milk),
chopped onion, carrot, peas, hot pepper and spices.
Shape it so that it looks like a hedgehog, put it in
a greased pan, and bake on a low temperature for about
two hours. When it is ready stick toothpicks in the
hedgehog and put pieces of cheese on them, put it back
in the oven so that it melts. Before sewing, make "spines"
by sticking hot papers on the hedgehog. Serve it cold.
