LEEK SOUP

Ingredients:

100 gr leek
oil
bread
Seal of Quality hard cheese
Seal of Quality soft cheese
black pepper, salt

Preparation:

Fry about 100 gr of chopped leek in oil, add 1 tablespoon of flour and keep frying until it gets brown. Add 1 l of water, salt to taste, few grains of black pepper and bring the soup to boil.
Fry some diced bread separately. When putting the soup in a serving dish put the bread dices first, cover them with grated soft cheese and hard cheese and then pour the soup over it. Cover for about ten minutes. Stir before serving and put some black pepper in it.
