LIVER IN SPICY SAUCE
· 500 gr chicken liver
· 40 gr butter
· 150 gr onions
· 1 tablespoon seasoning
· 1 tablespoon flour
· 1 dl white wine
· 2 tablespoons Seal of Quality sour cream
· salt, thyme, mustard
Fry the finely chopped onions and the liver cut in
pieces. Add flour, thyme, seasoning and some mustard.
Mix it all and add some water and wine and boil it for
a short time. Just before removing from heat, add some
sour cream. Serve it with various side dishes such as
mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes or rice.
Advice: The liver shouldn't be fried for a long time
and it shouldn't be salted before frying.
