about 1 kg zucchini
3 eggs
50 gr "kajmak" (cream cheese)
500 gr corn flour

Ingredients for the topping:

1 egg
100 gr "kajmak" (cream cheese)


Clean the zucchini and dice. Salt and set aside. Mix 3 eggs separately and add the zucchini, 50 gr of kajmak and corn flour. Add some milk so that the dough is neither thick nor thin. Bake it in a pan greased with one tablespoon of lard. When it is ready take it out, cut it in pieces and cover with egg and kajmak (cream cheese) tapping mixture. Then put it back in the oven. Serve it hot.
