MEAT ROLL
Ingredients:
· 900 gr veal or pork
· 3 hard boiled eggs
· 150 gr chicken liver
· 1 tablespoons seasoning
· 2 tablespoons lard
· black pepper, salt
· 2 tablespoons Seal of Quality sour cream
Preparation:
Cut the meat into two big pieces and make it thinner
by beating it. Grind the rest of the meat and fry it
with chicken liver, in some oil. Add black pepper, salt,
seasoning, finely chopped eggs, sour cream and mix it
well.
Salt the two pieces of meat and spread the prepared
mixture over them. Roll them and tie with a thread.
Fry the rolls on both sides in lard and then slowly
cook them in a covered pot adding water from time to
time. Finally, in order to brown, bake it in the oven
for about 15 minutes.
