200 gr rice
250 gr green peas
250 gr carrots
1000 gr Seal of Quality salami
1 small onion
1 teaspoon seasoning
salt, black pepper, parsley, oil, and vinegar


Boil the rice. Then boil the peas and the carrots in salted water. Drain rice and vegetables. Cut the carrots and the salami into small pieces and mix together with rice and vegetables. Put the finely chopped onion, parsley, black pepper and seasoning in 1 dl of water and boil for a few minutes. While it is warm, pour the mixture over the vegetables. Finally, add some vinegar and mix it all well. Serve the salad in glasses as a starter.
