NETTLE STEW
Ingredients:
· 1 kg new nettles
· beef or chicken stacks
· oil
· flour
· onion
· 1 egg
· salt
· 1/2 kg Seal of Quality set yogurt
Preparation:
Clean, then rinse the nettles like you usually do with
the spinach. Pour some hot water over them. Boil them,
strain, then cut in small pieces.
Put two tablespoons of oil in another pan, add one tablespoon
of flour and some finely chopped onion. In the end,
add the nettles, fry them quickly and add some beef
stock, or chicken stock or just some warm water. After
it is cooked season it with eggs mixed with set yogurt.
