PIROSHKI FROM CORN FLOUR
Ingredients for dough:
· 3 eggs
· 2 glasses corn flour
· 2 glasses wheat flour
· 2 glasses Seal of Quality yogurt
· 1 package baking powder
· salt
Ingredients for the stuffing:
· Seal of Quality mashed cheese, or
· Seal of Quality cut ham, or
· Seal of Quality smoked bacon
Preparation:
Make the dough and shape it in small balls. Stretch
the balls to make an opening. Fill with the stuffing,
close and fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
