PIROSHKI FROM CORN FLOUR

Ingredients for dough:

3 eggs
2 glasses corn flour
2 glasses wheat flour
2 glasses Seal of Quality yogurt
1 package baking powder
salt

Ingredients for the stuffing:

Seal of Quality mashed cheese, or
Seal of Quality cut ham, or
Seal of Quality smoked bacon

Preparation:

Make the dough and shape it in small balls. Stretch the balls to make an opening. Fill with the stuffing, close and fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
