PIROSHKI FROM CHICKEN LEGS

Ingredients:

chicken legs
Seal of Quality ham
Seal of Quality cheese
pickle
flour
2 eggs
bread crumbs
lemon
1 tablespoon mustard
walnuts
parsley
mayonnaise
garlic
cucamber

Preparation:

Separate the chicken legs from the bones and skin. Salt them and beat them as you do for cutlets. On each piece put a long piece of ham, 1 piece of cheese and a pickle. Roll it up, then roll in flour with salt and dip it in egg. Roll it in breadcrumbs and fry it in hot oil for 10 minutes.
Serve it with mashed potatoes and sauce and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of mustard, yolk from a boiled egg, 1 finely chopped cucumber, garlic, chopped walnuts, parsley and mayonnaise.
