POTATOES AND SORREL SOUP

Ingredients:

· 1/2 kg potatoes
· 1 l clear soup
· 5 dl Seal of Quality milk
· 1 cup Seal of Quality sour cream
· 100 gr finely chopped sorrel
· 50 gr lard
· white bread cubes
· 50 gr butter
·

Preparation::

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water, then mash in another dish. Add milk gradually, than sour cream and soup. Add the sorrel, previously fried in lard and cook this for about 10 minutes.
Before serving the soup, season the rest of the set yogurt and salt it.
Serve soup with white bread cubes, fried quickly in some butter.
