SAVORY SPINACH ROLL

Ingredients:

· 6 eggs
· 4 spinach
· 4 tablespoons flour
· salt
· Seal of Quality cheese
· Seal of Quality salami
· 2 packages Seal of Quality sour cream

Preparation:

Mix 6 egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of previously boiled and cut spinach. Add 4 tablespoons of flour, salt and 6 beaten egg whites. Bake in a greased pan covered with baking paper.

The stuffing: cut pieces of cheese and salami and 1 package of sour cream. Spread on spinach roll. Serve sour cream over rolls.
