SAVORY MILK PIE
· 500 gr flour
· 6 eggs
· 300 gr Seal of Quality cheese
· Seal of Quality milk
· oil and salt
· noodles, broken
Add some salt to the flour and make dough the same
way as for a pie. Rollout the dough into layer and put
it in a greased pan.
Beat the eggs, add some milk or water and then add the
cheese which has been mashed. Put all of this on top
of the layer of dough which has been previously sprinkled
with some oil. Put some broken noodles over the egg
mixture and sprinkle them with oil. It is now ready
to be baked.
