4 tomatoes
2 lettuces
1 pepper
2 tablespoons oil
300 gr smoked chicken (baked chicken can be used as well)
salt, black pepper
100 gr Seal of Quality sour cream
dill, parsley and some lemon juice


Rinse the lettuce well, drain and tear off the leaves. Cut the tomatoes in big slices and the pepper in thin strips. Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl. Mix separately the oil, lemon juice, black pepper, dill, parsley and sour cream. Add cut pieces of chicken to the vegetables and pour the salad dressing evenly over the salad. Serve it fresh or cold.
