· 1 whole chicken
· 4 l oil
· 40 gr onions, sauteed
· 30 gr Seal of Quality smoked bacon
· 1/2 bread roll
· 1 dl Seal of Quality milk
· 2 eggs
· 2 tablespoons seasoning
· 100 gr canned peas
· 100 gr canned carrots
· 40 gr butter
Bake the chicken until half-done. Remove from oven
and split the front (breast) side. Fill it with the
prepared stuffing, cover it with pieces of butter and
bake it for another 30 minutes.
Preparation of the stuffing:
Mix the eggs and the milk, add seasoning, bread roll
cut in small pieces, chopped parsley, smoked bacon,
onion and mix it all well. Finally, add peas and carrots
cut in dices.
Advice: Before serving the chicken take out the stuffing
and garnish the plate.
