· 8 potatoes of equal size
· 60 gr margarine
· 20 gr flour
· 2 dl Seal of Quality milk
· 200 gr mushrooms
· 1 tablespoon seasoning
· 60 gr Seal of Quality cheese, diced
· chopped onion and parsley
· black pepper
Peel potatoes and boil until half cooked. Rinse and
take out inside of potatoes. Mash with a fork.
Preparation of the stuffing:
Melt margarine and add seasoning. Slowly add milk to
this and stir until the sauce thickens. Fry the mushrooms
separately in margarine and add cheese, chopped onions
and parsley. Finally season with some black pepper and
mix together with potatoes
Spoon mixture into potato shells. Place shells in a
greased pan and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve with various salads.
Time of Preparation: about 45 minutes.
