1 chicken
200 gr mince
200 gr pork meat
200 gr Seal of Quality cheese
200 gr Seal of Quality ham
200 gr carrots
1 egg
2 slices dry bread
2 dry peppers
1 glass oil
1 glass white wine


Separate the meat from the bones (the chicken). Then cut the pork, cheese, ham, carrots (boiled for a few minutes) and peppers into small pieces. Add the bread (previously soaked in milk), the mince and 1 egg. Mix it all well and stuff the chicken. Close the chicken with a thread. Put it in a deep pan, pour one glass of oil and a glass of white wine over it and add chopped garlic. Bake it for about 3 hours at 150 C.
