STUFFED EGGS
Ingredients:
· eggs
· Seal of Quality salami
· parsley
· mayonnaise
Preparation:
Hard-boil the eggs. Cut them in half. Remove yolks
and mash. Add finely cut pieces of salami, parsley and
mayonnaise. Mix it all and use this to fill the eggs.
Serve on a big plate with salami, cheese, fresh vegetables
or something else of your choice.
