VEGETABLE BALLS
Ingredients:
· 1 bunch parsley
· 1/2 kg spinach (or other green leafy vegetable)
· 3 eggs
· 2 tablespoons flour
· 5-6 mushrooms
· 150 gr Seal of Quality cheese
· 1 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
· oil, salt, nutmeg
· 2 onions
· 2 garlic cloves
· some dill
Preparation:
Rinse the vegetables, and boil them for 2-3 minutes.
Drain, then cut into small pieces. Add some salt, some
ground nutmeg, eggs, flour and grated cheese. Mix it
all well and make balls. Roll the balls in flour and
fry in hot oil. Serve with sour cream in which you have
added some garlic, dill and finely chopped parsley.
Serve hot.
