150 gr "Trapist" cheese
150 gr Seal of Quality ham
3 eggs
20 gr Seal of Quality soft cheese
1,5 dl Seal of Quality sour cream
1 tablespoon seasoning
parsley, salt, black pepper
8 slices bread
0,5 dl Seal of Quality milk


Grate the "Trapist" cheese and cut the ham into small pieces. Mix the eggs, then add "Trapist", ham, chopped parsley, cheese, salt, black pepper, seasoning and sour cream. Mix until it is thick and mushy. Soak each slice of bread in milk for a few minutes and put them in a greased pan next to each other.

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared mixture over each slice and bake them in a hot oven. Serve with warm tea, beer or wine.
