ZUCCHINI MOUSSAKA
Ingredients:
· 1 kg zucchini
· 1/2 kg mince
· 2 onions, finely chapped
· salt, black pepper
· parsley
· 6 eggs
· some flour
· oil
· 1 glass Seal of Quality sour cream
· 1 glass mineral water
Preparation:
Peel and slice the zucchini, salt and let stand for
half an hour. Then dip slices in flour and eggs and
fry in oil. Saute the onions, add the mince, mix it
together, fry it and remove it from the stove. Add the
eggs one by one. Than add salt, black pepper and chopped
parsley. In a greased pan put one layer of zucchini
then a layer of meat, finishing with a layer of zucchini.
Pour the mixed eggs, the set yogurt and the mineral
water on top of the moussaka and bake it in the oven
until all the liquid evaporates and the meal has a nice
color.
